Q: I can't find the basket?

A: Your basket should be displayed on the right-hand side of a page displaying products.

Q: Are you open?

A: Yes! (Finally)  Our high street store is back open to the public 6 days a week. Our online click & collect service will also continue to run as normal.

Q: Are you still delivering?

A: Deliveries are available 7 days a week, subject to availability. Please call 02920563705 to book a delivery slot. 

Q: How long do balloons last?

A: Latex balloons should last between 10-12 hours. Foil balloons should last 24-48 hours. Bubbles should last 4-5 days. All times quoted are dependent on many factors outside of our control such as the weather.

Q: Where do I put my collection date? 

A: Please enter your collection date and preferred collection time under each product that you are ordering.
